Returns and Refunds

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right, email info@drinkhq28.com with your order number and items you wish to return. You may use any clear statement; a model form is available on request.

Our obligations. We will refund all payments received from you including standard delivery costs (if charged), no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Your obligations. Return goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return shipping (except where we made an error or the item is defective).

For health protection and hygiene reasons, once a supplement’s seal is broken / packaging opened, the product cannot be returned unless it is defective or not as described. Unopened items must be returned unused, in original, undamaged packaging with all labels intact.

• Opened or unsealed consumables (capsules, powders, liquids).
• Items with tampered or missing safety seals.
• Perishable bonus samples.
• Gift cards or downloadable content (if applicable).

If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact info@drinkhq28.com within 7 days of delivery with photos (outer box, inner packaging, product, batch/lot number). We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping where applicable).

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If returned goods are not in saleable condition (e.g., dented tins, damaged labels), we may deduct a reasonable amount.

1. Email info@drinkhq28.com to obtain return instructions (and RMA if provided).
2. Pack safely; include order number and contact details.
3. Ship to: HQ28, Brezje pri Dobrovi 75A, 1356 Dobrova, Slovenia.

Keep the proof of postage and tracking until your refund is completed.

Slovenian law applies. Courts of Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe / Shopify Payments) within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return. Your bank/card issuer may require additional days to post funds.

For returns of bundles or promotions, the effective refund may be adjusted to reflect the discounted bundle price. Free gifts linked to purchase value should also be returned or may be deducted at their retail value.

We reserve the right to monitor and limit returns that appear abusive or inconsistent with our policies.
